		►April 28th 2023 Boy George teams up with The Lottery Winners for new track Let Me Down The Lottery Winners have released the new single and video for their collaboration with pop icon Boy George. Let Me Down is taken from their upcoming album Anxiety Replacement Therapy, out 28th April on Modern Sky UK. The track features Boy George, recalling moments from his solo career and Culture Club. The video for the song pays homage to the legacy of George’s career. It features George and The Lottery Winners, as well as This Is England actor Will Travis. Of the video, The Lottery Winners’ frontman Thom Rylance says: “Filming the video felt like a beautiful fever dream. I was in this strange neon world laughing and singing with Boy George. He’s probably the nicest and most interesting person I’ve ever met.” Music video was filmed at "Gods Own Signs" music video has a great story of a father and son whos likes to dress up as Boy George and is a huge fan of his . Dad is ok with this and provides his son some records from his own personal collection which features an appearance of Culture Club's album "Waking Up With The House On Fire" The track Let Me Down itself came about through a mixture of inspiration in its conception, and perspiration in badgering Boy George to appear on it: “I was researching what it is that makes a song a classic,” Rylance says. “I’m intrigued by pop icons and the idea of classic songs, so I was listening to a lot of Boy George. I wrote Let Me Down for George without knowing it. The song has a light and sunny 80s feel, with a lot of the same colours as other Boy George songs. When the penny dropped that George should sing it, I couldn’t rest until he agreed. Which I’m sure wasn’t very fun for him.” Around 55 tweets later, according to Thom, George agreed to hear it, sending the response, “Darling, I love it!” On Let Me Down, Boy George says, “It’s an earworm!
