While browsing The Packaging World, I saw some reinforced Custom Shipping Boxes and inner Custom Cosmetic Boxes, but I’m unsure which structure would prevent cracks or movement best during transit.

For those with experience shipping fragile beauty products, what’s worked best for you? Do you use inserts or dividers, or does the right box size alone do the trick? I’d love to hear tips before finalizing my order because I really want a professional look that’s also protective.
