I’ve been helping a friend expand his small consulting business and we’ve spent the last few weeks looking at different offices for rent in Jeddah. Honestly, the process has been far more difficult than expected. Some offices look fantastic online but feel completely different when you visit in person. Others have great locations but come with rental terms that seem unreasonable. We’re trying to find a place that looks professional without stretching the budget too much. Has anyone rented an office recently and found a location they were genuinely happy with?
