During my 200 hour yoga teacher training in india, I learned much more than just yoga postures and teaching techniques. The course introduced me to yoga philosophy, anatomy, breathing practices, meditation, and the importance of self-discipline. One of the most valuable lessons I learned was how to stay present and connected to the current moment instead of constantly worrying about stress or distractions. The teachers explained everything in a simple and practical way, which made learning enjoyable and easy to understand. I also discovered how yoga can positively affect both physical and mental health when practiced consistently. The supportive environment and friendships I built during the course helped me grow personally and emotionally. By the end of the training, I felt like a stronger and more balanced version of myself.
