A colleague of mine is preparing to bring a new business partner into their company and wants to make sure the agreement is properly reviewed before anything is signed. They’ve been discussing responsibilities, ownership, and a few other terms, but some points are still unclear. While researching Corporate law firms, we found many options and weren’t sure what kind of experience would be most useful for this situation. Has anyone here worked with a corporate law firm for a partnership or business agreement?
