Vidalista contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor commonly prescribed for erectile dysfunction. Vidalista is primarily used for erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil is also used in other medical formulations for conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and pulmonary arterial hypertension, but the appropriate strength and dosing schedule differ.

Do not use Vidalista 60 mg with nitrate medicines, including certain treatments for chest pain. This combination can cause a potentially dangerous fall in blood pressure.

Tell your healthcare professional about heart problems, blood-pressure conditions, and all medicines you take before starting treatment. Extra caution may be needed with alpha-blockers and certain drugs that affect tadalafil metabolism.
