Last month, I helped my brother improve his business website. He noticed that many visitors were checking the site on phones, but some left. The text was hard to read, buttons were difficult to tap, and a few pages looked messy on smaller screens. At first, he thought the problem was not enough visitors. We decided to improve the website instead. We changed the layout, made buttons clearer, resized the images, and checked every page on different phones. After that, the site felt much easier to use.
