Hi, everyone! A year ago, my friends and I opened our own micro-studio; we developed three awesome slots with great math and visuals, but now we’ve hit a dead end. Trying to get onto major platforms through direct contracts turned out to be incredibly expensive and time-consuming.

Based on your own experience, should we keep banging our heads against the wall and try to reach operators on our own, or is it easier to go through a large distribution aggregator? I’d also like to know if EdgeLabs is a good partner for small studios? I’ve heard they combine their own development with aggregation, but is it realistic for a young team to break into their network, and will they take away all the rights to the game’s math?

Let me say this right off the bat: on your own, it will take you years to break into major markets, because every operator has its own requirements for integration and legal matters. And as for the company, I can say it is a great option specifically for expanding distribution. They operate the EdgeLabs Connect platform, which provides access to over 50 global partners through a single gateway, saving you a lot of time. At the same time, they handle all technical issues related to transaction stability and maintain 99.9% uptime. You retain the rights to your content; they act strictly as a technology partner. And in which specific regional markets do you plan to focus your slot promotions?
