I am planning to arrange some site visits with

to renovate my house and would like to be well-prepared for this. Based on my research, a good builder listens to your idea, asks about your budget, tells you what is feasible, and provides a detailed quote in writing.
Estrada Developments has been suggested to me, so I will be contacting them too. If any of you have arranged these site visits recently, can you tell me about your experience of a good site visit? Did you come across any builder who tried to rush you or evade answers to your questions? Moreover, how many quotes did you get?
